Verticality detection
After the installation of the crossbeam, use the three coordinate easurement method to conduct coaxiality detection to ensure the relative verticality of the X/Y/Z three axes
Laser power test
Adjust the height of the base based on the detection results of the bar level to ensure the accuracy of subsequent installation of the machine bed
Positioning accuracy detection
Laser interferometer tests the x-axis positioning accuracy to ensure the overall operating accuracy
